Dry Fruits was conceptualized in February 2014, in the twisty narrow lanes of ChandniChowk, Old Delhi, right in the heart of Khari Baoli, the largest and oldest spice market of Asia. Since then, VSD has grown at a remarkable pace, skilfully combining the owner’s vast knowledge of dry fruits trading with technological know-how.
VSD started in the B2B segment, supplying variety of high quality dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios, dried figs etc.) to hotels, restaurants, fast food chains, banquet halls, bakeries, event planners and departmental stores.
Over the last few months, VSD has forayed into the retail (B2C) segment via the e-retailing route. Its products are listed on various online stores like Amazon, Shophealthy and E-Bay.
As an organization, VSD attributes its success to the special attention it pays to ensuring the hygienic handling of its products and the attention to quality of the product and its packaging.
